摘要

在惠州市水资源开发利用及保护现状评价的基础上,分析了惠州市水资源保护存在的八个方面的主要问题,提出了水资源保护规划目标和总体布局,构建了入河排污口布局与整治、城镇生活污水及河涌污染治理、内源治理与面源控制、饮用水水源地保护、生态需水保障、水生态保护与修复、水资源保护监控、综合管理等八大水资源保护体系,并相应地提出了保护对策措施,以实现水资源有效保护支撑惠州市经济社会的可持续发展。
        Based on the evaluation of water resources development and utilization and protection status in Huizhou City,the main problems of water resources protection in Huizhou City are analyzed,including eight aspects. This paper puts forward the goal and overall layout of water resources protection planning,and established eight major water resources protection systems,such as layout and remediation of sewage outlets into the river,urban domestic sewage and river pollution control,endogenous treatment and non-point source control,drinking water source protection,ecological water demand protection,hydro-ecological protection and restoration,water resources protection monitoring,and integrated water resources management. The corresponding protection measures are proposed to achieve the effective protection of water resources, which can support the sustainable economic development in Huizhou. The effective protection of water resources has been achieved. The sustainable development of Huizhou's economic society has been supported.
