摘要

推进"双一流"建设是国家为全面提升我国教育发展水平、增强核心竞争力、奠定长远发展基础而作出的重大战略部署。通过分析发现,建设学科群成为一流大学建设高校推进"双一流"建设的重要举措。为确保"双一流"建设取得重要进展,一流大学建设高校要通过建立学术特区管理机制、有效激励机制和协同推进机制,保证学科群建设各项任务落实到位并取得实效。
        Promoting the construction of "Double Excellency Program" is an important strategic plan made by the country to comprehensively upgrade the level of education development,enhance the core competitiveness and lay the foundation for long-term development.It is found that the construction of discipline group has become an important measure for first class universities to promote "Double Excellency Program".Important progress has been made to ensure "Double Excellency Program",it is necessary to establish a special academic zone management mechanism,an effective incentive mechanism and a coordinated promotion mechanism to ensure that the tasks of discipline group construction are in place and effective.
