摘要
[目的]明确27%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂对小麦散黑穗病的防治效果及推荐用药量。[方法]采用拌种法测定其对小麦散黑穗病的田间防效。[结果]该悬浮种衣剂对小麦散黑穗病的防治效果和小区增产效果显著高于同等有效剂量下的30 g/L苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂和25 g/L咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂。[结论]27%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂最佳使用量为54~108 g a.i./100kg种子,能够有效地防治小麦散黑穗病,适合在实际生产中推广应用。
        [Aims] The paper aims to verify the control effect of difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam 27% FS on wheat loose smut. [Methods] Field efficacy of seed coating of difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam 27% FS was determined by seed treatment method. [Results] The results showed that the controlling effect and the increase of wheat yield of seed coating of difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam 27% FS on wheat loose smut were significantly higher than those of difenoconazole 30 g/L FS and fludioxonil 25 g/L FS at same effective dose. [Conclusions] Difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam 27% FS was an ideal pesticide on controlling wheat loose smut. The best ratio of pesticide with seeds was 54-108 g a.i./100 kg(seeds).
