基于SSSM的中国区域创新主体结构演进

摘要
作为区域创新体系的组成要素,创新主体及其结构演进是创新战略研究的重要基石。将区域创新主体分为市场导向型和科学导向型两类,运用空间偏离份额分析模型(Spatial Shift-Share Model,SSSM)研究我国30年来各区域创新主体的结构、竞争力及其空间分布的演变趋势与特征,结果发现:以专利代表的创新产出主要依赖市场导向型创新主体;大多数区域的科学导向型创新主体由空间结构劣势转为空间结构优势;创新产出先发区域的知识溢出效果比较明显;两类创新主体空间结构与竞争力优劣势区域的演变趋势差异显著。
        As a component of the regional innovation system, the innovation subject and its structural evolution are the important cornerstones of the research on innovation strategy. Dividing regional innovation subjects into two types:market-oriented and science-oriented, this paper analyzes the structure and competitiveness of regional innovation subject, and its evolution and characteristics using Spatial Shift-Share Model(SSSM) in China for 30 years. The results show that: the innovation output of patent mainly relies on the market-oriented innovation subject; The spatial structure of science-oriented innovation subject in most regions turn from the inferiority to the advantage; the knowledge spillover effect of the innovation-originating region is obvious; The two innovation subjects differ significantly in the development trends of the advantages and disadvantages of spatial structure and competitiveness.
