摘要

高校小学教育专业学生教学实践能力主要包括课堂教学能力、教育科研能力、教学设计能力、班级管理能力等,直接关系着小学教师队伍的质量。立足于"卓越教师"背景,通过调研高校小学教育专业学生教学实践能力培养现状,从培养模式、教学方法、课程体系、实践教学和评价体制五个方面提出相应的培养策略。
        The teaching practice ability of primary education students in colleges and universities mainly includes classroom teaching ability, educational scientific research ability, teaching design ability, class management ability and so on, which is directly related to the quality of elementary school teachers. This paper is based on the background of "excellent teachers", and puts forward the corresponding training strategies from five aspects of training mode, teaching method, curriculum system, practice teaching and evaluation system.
