摘要
就业是民生之本、在当前高等教育大众化背景下,提升青年大学生就业质量是高等教育面临的难题。高校普遍开设大学生职业规划课等课堂教学、实践相关课程,如何构建多样化、个性化的大学生职业生涯课堂教学,将课堂教学转化为促进大学生充分就业的生产力,引导大学生构建职业认同,探寻自身生涯发展成为职业规划课教学的目标。在此背景下,开展以简历为导向的大学生职业生涯课堂教学实践,是新形势下对大学生进行就业指导有益探索的路径。
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the source of wealth. Under the current background of higher education popularization, it is a difficult problem for higher education to improve the employment quality of young college students. Colleges and universities generally offer college students' career planning courses and other classroom teaching and practical related courses. How to construct diversified and individualized college students' career classroom teaching, turn classroom teaching into the productivity of promoting college students' full employment, guide college students to build career identity, and explore their career development as the goal of career planning course teaching. In this context, the curriculum vitae-oriented classroom teaching practice of College Students' career is a useful way to explore career guidance for college students under the new situation.
