维持性血液透析患者希望水平的研究进展

摘要
目的本文旨在了解维持性血液透析患者希望水平的研究进展,以期进行进一步的干预性研究为提高维持性血液透析患者的希望水平提供参考。方法从希望的概念,希望的测量方法,维持性血液透析患者希望水平研究的必要性,希望水平的现状,希望水平的影响因素等多方面进行综述。结果我国维持性血液透析患者的希望水平处于中等水平。结论长期进行维持性血液透析的患者会出现多种身心问题,其希望水平尚有待提升。
Objective This paper aims to understand the research progress of hope level in patients with maintenance hemodialysis, and to provide references for further intervention research on hope level in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods This paper reviews from these aspects including hope concept, the measurement tools of hope level, the necessary for research of hope level in maintenance hemodialysis patients, the current hope level and the influencing factors for the hope level. Results In our county, patients with maintenance hemodialysis are in the medium level of hope level. Conclusion The patients with maintenance hemodialysis have multiple physical and mental health problems, whose hope level needs to be improved.
