JSQ6型专用车BAB-2型集成制动装置段修工艺

摘要
分析JSQ6型凹底双层运输汽车专用车装用的BAB-2型集成制动装置结构特点,根据BAB-2型集成制动装置段修工艺要求和发现的故障,对既有工艺流程进行调整,配置工艺装备,提出重点检修工艺内容。对弯管组成检修、单元制动缸气密性试验、集成制动软管风水压试验、闸调器筒体松动检查试验及集成推杆尺寸调整等重点检修工艺进行详细的介绍。针对装用BAB-2型集成制动装置的JSQ6型专用车陆续进入段修周期,给出改进一位端2个脱轨阀之间DN15弯管组成结构、增加集成制动转向架专用检修线、制定国产配件与进口配件互换方案、更换附着性更强的行程指示牌反光贴纸以及对YST-280型闸调器套筒结构进行改进等建议。
Analyzing the structure features of the BAB-2 integrated brake device installed and used for dedicated JSQ6 concave bottom double-deck automobile transport vehicles,according to the technological requirements for BAB-2 integrated brake device and faults detected during section repair,adjustment is made for the existing technological process,technological equipment is provided,with main maintenance contents put forward. The article introduces in detail the key maintenance technologies,such as elbow assembly maintenance,air tightness test of brake cylinder,wind and water pressure test of integrated brake hose,cylinder loosening test of brake slack adjuster and dimension adjustment of integrated push rod. With the section repair cycles for dedicated JSQ6 vehicles using a BAB-2 integrated brake device coming one after another,the article proposes to change the DN15 elbow assembly structure between the two derailment valves at the first end,add a dedicated maintenance line for integrated brake bogie,develop an interchangeability scheme for domestic and imported accessories,replace more adhesive reflection stickers with travel indication and improve the sleeve structure of YST-280 brake regulator,etc.
