摘要
注水是使油井长期高产稳产的重要技术措施之一。随着注水时间的推移,注水井的注入压力明显增加,注水量严重下降甚至出现注不进的现象,最有效的方法就是酸化解堵。针对常规酸化施工工序复杂,占用大量空间、时间等问题,提出了注水井连续注入酸化的思想,即"一步"代"多步",实现高效、快速酸化作业。通过室内试验研究,研制出了新型智能酸SA608酸液体系。该酸液体系完全满足连续注入酸化工艺的要求,酸化时不影响注水井的正常注水工作且酸化后无需返排,大大地降低了酸化作业时间以及劳动强度。现场应用5井次,施工后注水压力下降1~7.5MPa,单井增注10~20m3/d,降压增注效果显著。
        Water injection was one of the important technical measures for high and long-term stable production.With the continuing injection of water,the injection pressure increased significantly and water injection rate decreased seriously,or even failure of injection,thus acidizing was the most effective way to deal with this phenomenon.In conventional acidizing process,there existed problems of complicated process and taking up large space and long time in injection,therefore,a continuous injection and acidizing method was proposed,that was,to treat in"one step"instead of"multi-steps"to achieve efficient and rapid operation.Based on the laboratory research,a new type of intelligent acidizing SA608 acid system was developed,which couldmeet the requirements of continuous acid injection,had no effect on water injection during the treatment without flow-back after acidizing,it greatly reduced the treatment time and labor strength.It is used in 5wells for field testing after the treatment,injection pressure drop is 1~7.5MPa while the injection rate of singlewell increases 10~20m3,and remarkable performance is obtained in pressure deduction and increment of injection rate.
