低渗透油藏降压增注剂的室内评价与应用

摘要
姬塬油田耿83区长4+5、长6油藏由于渗透率低、孔隙吼道小,注水开发过程中,部分井注水压力高、欠注问题突出,给油田生产带来很大影响。前期采用土酸、多氢酸等增注措施后,取得了一定的增注、降压效果,但仍存在部分井措施有效期短、有效率低等问题。针对上述现状,通过室内筛选评价了一种具有溶蚀、阻垢分散、黏土稳定等作用的降压增注剂,并开展了现场试验。结果表明,降压增注剂具有溶蚀、阻垢分散、黏土稳定等作用,且润湿性能、破乳性能较好,降压增注效果明显,为解决低渗透油藏高压欠注问题提供了新途径。
        In Chang4+5and Chang 6Reservoirs of Block Geng 83 of Jiyuan Oilfield,due to the low permeability,small porosity throat,overpressure and underbalanced injection resulted in water flooding process in some of the wells,serious influence is induced to the oilfield production.The stimulation measures of mud acid and multi-hydrogen acid are used and proper effect of augmented injection and pressure reduction is obtained.But the problems of short effective period and low efficiency exist in some of the wells.In consideration of the situation,a pressure reduction and augmented injection agent with function of erosion,scaling inhibition and dispersing and clay stabilizing is chosen and evaluated in laboratory,and it is used for field testing.The results indicate that it is erosive,scaling inhibition and dispersing and clay stabilizing and it has also better wettability and demulsification performance with obvious effect of pressure reduction and augmented injection,it provides a new way for solving the problem of high pressure and underbalanced water injection in low permeability reservoirs.
