慢性乙型肝炎患者免疫球蛋白检验的临床价值体会

摘要
目的探究慢性乙型肝炎患者免疫球蛋白检验的临床价值。方法收取本次研究受检人员100例,时间为2015年10月18日至2017年12月26日,后对收取对象进行随机分组,即观察组——慢性乙型肝炎患者;对照组——健康体检人员,均进行免疫球蛋白检验,对2组检验结果进行观察和分析。结果观察组受检人员LgG(14.38±1.02)g/L、LgA(2.34±0.21)g/L、LgM(2.26±0.14)g/L,均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者实施免疫球蛋白检验具有较高的诊断价值,能够及时发现疾病,为临床治疗提供有利依据,值得研究。
Objective to explore the clinical value of immunoglobulin test in patients with chronic hepatitis b. Methods 100 cases of this study were collected from October 18, 2015 to December 26, 2017. After that, the subjects were randomly divided into observation group--patients with chronic hepatitis b and control group--health checkers. Immunoglobulin test was performed to observe and analyze the test results of both groups. Results LgG(14.38 + 1.02) g/L, LgA(2.34 + 0.21) g/L and LgM(2.26 + 0.14) g/L in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion immunoglobulin test in patients with chronic hepatitis B has a high diagnostic value. It can find the disease in time, and is worth studying to provide a favorable basis for clinical treatment.
