针刺配合中药治疗复发性口腔溃疡78例探究

摘要
目的研究针刺配合中药治疗在复发性口腔溃疡中的应用价值。方法 2017年8月—2018年12月该院接诊的复发性口腔溃疡患者78例为研究对象,将之利用数字抽签法分成试验和对照两组(n=39)。当中,试验组接受针刺配合中药治疗,对照组接受单纯中药治疗。分析两组的治疗效果,并对其做出比较。结果试验组的临床总有效率为97.44%,比对照组的82.05%高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于复发性口腔溃疡中采取针刺配合中药疗法对患者进行治疗,能够有效提升疗效,促进病情早日康复。
Objective To study the clinical value of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods From August 2017 to December 2018, 78 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into two groups(n=39). Among them, the experimental group received acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group received simple Chinese medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.44%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.05%), and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the recurrent oral ulcer, the acupuncture and the traditional Chinese medicine therapy are adopted to treat the patients, so that the curative effect can be effectively improved, and the early-day rehabilitation of the disease is promoted.
