摘要
高校教师的人格魅力对正处于成长阶段的青年大学生来说,具有潜移默化的榜样作用和教育作用。在市场经济的影响下,一方面是高校教师的成就动机不再局限于课堂教学,另一方面是大学生的就业焦虑投射到教学各个环节,直接影响到了学校高级人才培养的质量。因此,高校教师必须充分认识到人格魅力对教书育人的重要作用,不断加强自我修养,努力提升自己的人格魅力,体现出高校教师的权威性、亲和力、责任感和感染力,用自己的理想信念、专业知识、人文情怀去感染和教育学生,才能最终培养出合乎社会要求的高素质人才。
The personality charm of the teacher at university acts as an educational function and role model for the growth of college students. Therefore,it is necessary for college teachers to strengthen self-improvement,build the lofty professional ideal,and make efforts to improve their magnetic personality. Meanwhile,it is critical for them to expand their professional knowledge and improve the professional performance. With the professional ethics,intelligence,scholastic knowledge,they will appeal to students and help students become qualified highly-competent talents required by the society.
