曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果

摘要
目的观察曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果以及对患者心绞痛持续时间的影响。方法本次的讨论对象为2017年7月～2018年7月在我院接受治疗的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,并将所有纳入研究的患者随机分为两组,对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组冠心病心绞痛患者采用曲美他嗪药物治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上使用阿托伐他汀药物,服药2个月后,对比两组患者的临床有效率、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯的指标以及心绞痛的持续时间。结果实验组患者的临床有效率为94.00%,较对照组的80.00%高,总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯的水平均低于对照组,心绞痛的持续时间短于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀药物治疗可以明显降低患者的血脂含量,提高临床疗效,缩短心绞痛持续时间,在临床上具有很大的应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and its effect on the duration of angina pectoris.Methods This study was conducted in 100 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018.All patients included in the study were randomly divided into two groups including the control group and the experimental group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with trimetazidine.The patients in the experimental group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of treatment of the control group.After two months of treatment,the clinical effective rate,total cholesterol,low densitylipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides and duration of angina pectoris between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 94.00%,which was higher than80.00% of the control group.The levels of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the duration of angina in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin can significantly reduce the blood lipid level,improve clinical efficacy,shorten the duration of angina pectoris,and has great clinical application value.
