摘要
简述了当前我国电力市场改革过渡期对安全校核工作的要求,并结合未来市场环境下中长期交易安全校核的实际需求和当前电力调度运行现状,提出了考虑安全约束闭环优化的中长期交易安全校核方法,设计了中长期交易安全校核决策流程,研究了中长期交易安全校核关键技术。基于某省级电网的实际算例验证了所提出的电力市场过渡期中长期交易安全校核决策方法及关键技术的有效性。
        Under the background of the current electric power market reform in China,this paper briefly illustrated the requirements on security check. Furthermore,under consideration of actual demand on medium and long-term trade security check in the future market environment as well as current operational status of power dispatching,it proposed a method for medium and long-term trade security check taking security constrained closed-loop optimization into account,designed a decision-making process for the security check,and studied its key technologies. Case study of a provincial power grid verified the effectiveness of the proposed decision-making method and key technologies for the medium and long-term trade security check in the power market transition period.
