以新思路推动新时期独立学院的转型发展

摘要
随着我国民办高等教育"新政"的持续出台,我国民办高等教育进入新的发展时期。在新时期下,国家对独立学院转型发展作出了新的部署,提出了要加强内涵式建设、加大政府支持、推进分类管理等举措,在独立学院的发展路径上,独立学院要逐渐由外源性的依赖生存转变为内生性的自主发展,如何把握时代趋势,积极应对新的问题与挑战,统筹推进独立学院的改革,促进独立学院的可持续发展是独立学院未来面临的重大挑战。
With the continuous introduction of the new policy of private higher education in China, private higher education in China has entered a new development period.In the new era, the state has made new arrangements for the transformation and development of independent colleges and put forward measures such as strengthening connotative construction, increasing government support and promoting classified management,In the development path of independent colleges, independent colleges should gradually change from exogenous dependence on survival to endogenous independent development.How to grasp the trend of the times, actively respond to new problems and challenges, promote the reform of independent colleges as a whole, and promote the sustainable development of independent colleges are the major challenges facing independent colleges in the future.
