摘要

借鉴标准化及标准体系构建基础知识,结合北京市某三级甲等医院慢性肝病患者5年来随访管理经验及成果,从慢性病随访管理的角度,探索适宜我国专科医院慢性肝病患者随访管理的标准体系,为我国慢性肝病患者随访管理的标准化提供参考。
        Based on the knowledge of standardization and standard system construction,and combined with the experience and results of 5 years follow-up management experience of patients with chronic liver disease in Beijing You'an Hospital,to explore the standard system of follow-up management of patients with chronic liver disease in our country's specialist hospital from the perspective of chronic disease,and then to provide references for the standardization of follow-up management in patients with chronic liver disease in China.
