摘要

清代名医陈士铎认为呆病的发生发展与心肾不交密切相关,亦关乎脾胃不足、痰蒙神窍的病机。其临床重辨证,善于运用脏腑五行生克理论辨别先后天、精血、水火等以论治呆病。治疗时善固护脾胃,化精生血,祛痰开窍以交通心肾,意在治病求本,使神志通明、思维活动如常;且用药不拘一方,服药有法,对现代呆病的理论和临床研究有重要的指导意义。
        CHEN Shiduo,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,believed that the development of the disease was closely related to the lack ofheart and kidney,and also related to the deficiency of the spleen and stomach,and the pathogenesis of the phlegm. His clinical weights syndrome and he is good at using the viscera Wuxing theory to distinguish the spleen and kidney,the blood and the essence,the water and the fire for the treatment of the disease.The treatment aims to protect the spleen and stomach,to generate theessence and the blood,to remove the phlegm for making communication between heart and kidney smoothly.He aimed to cure the disease fundamentally,to make the mind clear and the thinking activity as usual. It has important guiding significance for the theory and clinical study of the modern disease.
