高科技产业的技术追赶与跨越发展——文献综述和研究展望

摘要
在知识经济时代,高科技产业是促进生产力发展的最具活力的因素,也是各国综合国力竞争的焦点。高科技产业具有与传统产业不同的特征:如知识和技术密集、研发投资大、附加值高、工业增长率高等,其中最突出的特征是技术密集性。本文在界定高科技产业、技术超越等基本概念的基础上,对欧洲、美国、亚洲等国在技术追赶与跨越过程中的发展历程及经验借鉴进行了梳理,并据此提炼出技术追赶与跨越发展的影响因素。在此基础上,作者总结了目前国内外的3个主要研究方面以及3个研究空缺与不足,研究不足将作为以后的研究重点,为中国的高科技产业升级与跨越发展提供理论与经验支撑。
        High-tech industry is the most dynamic factor to promote the development of productivity,and also the competition focus of all countries in the era of knowledge economy. The high-tech industry has different characteristics from the traditional industry,such as knowledge and technology intensive,high investment in R&D,high added value and high industrial growth rate,among which the most prominent feature is technology intensive. On the basis of defining the basic concepts of high-tech industry and technology transcendence,this paper combs the development process and experience of Europe,the United States and Asia in the process of technological catch-up and leapfrog,and then extracts the influencing factors of technological catch-up and leapfrog development. On this basis,the author summarizes the three main research areas at home and abroad,as well as the three research gaps and deficiencies. In view of the lack of research,the lack will be the focus of future research,providing theoretical and empirical support for the upgrading and leapfrog development of China's high-tech industry.
