摘要

前庭性偏头痛为目前逐渐被人们所认知的疾病,临床表现主要为不稳感或者为发作性眩晕,而且良性位置性眩晕与前庭性偏头痛一样,属于眩晕性疾病。两种疾病均严重影响了患者的日常生活与工作,降低了患者的生命质量,这两类疾病不仅不易于区分,而且在临床上发现可同时存在于同一患者,给医务工作者对患者的诊断以及治疗带来了较大的困难。因此本次分别就前庭性偏头痛和良性位置性眩晕的发作机制、药物治疗与预防措施以及两种疾病的区分几方面进行了阐述,为临床医师对这两类疾病进行治疗提供参考,以提升患者的临床治疗效果,减轻患者的病痛。
        Vestibular migraine is a disease which is gradually recognized by people at present. The clinical manifestation is mainly unstable feeling or paroxysmal vertigo,and benign positional vertigo,like vestibular migraine,is a vertigo disease. Both diseases seriously affect the daily life and work of the patients,and reduce patients' quality of life. These two diseases are not only difficult to distinguish,but also can be found in the same patient at the same time. It is difficult for medical workers to diagnose and treat the patients. In this paper,the mechanism of attack of vestibular migraine and benign positional vertigo,drug therapy and preventive measures as well as the differentiation of the two diseases are discussed respectively,which can provide reference for clinicians to treat these two kinds of diseases,in order to improve the patient's clinical treatment effect and alleviate the patient's pain.
