摘要

要推动全面从严治党向基层延伸,党员教育管理就要树立质量意识。清河采油厂从领导带头示范、突出日常教育、抓好全员培训等方面扎实提高党员教育质量,并针对教育工作中存在的不足,从学习内容、学习形式和制度保证等方面进行积极思考,有的放矢,不断提高党员教育质量,为企业可持续发展提供坚强的政治保证。
        Fully strengthening the Party governing in the grassroots Party organizations requires establishing quality awareness in the Party member education management. Qinghe Oil Production Plant makes every effort to improve Party member education quality by focusing on example role of the leadership, daily education and staff training and aiming at existing shortcomings thinking positively learning contents, learning forms and system guarantee to constantly improve Party member education quality, thus providing a strong political guarantee for the enterprise sustainable development.
