摘要
提出一种新型的两转一移的3-UPRP并联机构。通过力雅克比矩阵可以得到动平台受载情况下的驱动杆受力情况,利用ANSYS Workbench对并联机构进行了静承载强度的分析,得到了并联机构在初始位置和转过一定角度后分别受力、力矩以及两者共同作用时候的变形云图。通过静力分析,得到了并联机构正常工作下的变形分布情况,为并联机构正常合理的工作提供了一定的理论指导。
A new two-rotation and one-translation 3-UPRP parallel mechanism was proposed. The driving force under given load condition can be obtained by the force Jacobian matrix. The static load bearing strength of the parallel mechanism was analyzed by ANSYS Workbench and the deformation displacement cloud diagram of the parallel mechanism was obtained. The deformation distribution of the parallel mechanism under normal working conditions was obtained through the static analysis, which provides a certain theoretical guiding significance for the normal and reasonable work of the parallel mechanism.
