左西孟旦治疗难治性心衰的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨左西孟旦治疗难治性心衰的临床效果。方法将我院收治的50例难治性心力衰竭患者根据治疗方法不同分为研究组和参照组,各25例。参照组给予基础治疗,研究组在此基础上给予左西孟旦注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组c TnT、NT-proBNP水平均降低,且研究组均低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEF、FS、CI水平均升高,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组未出现严重不良反应。结论左西孟旦治疗难治性心衰效果显著,其可降低患者c TnT、NT-proBNP水平,改善心功能,安全性较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levosimendan in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods A total of 50 patients with refractory heart failure admitted in our hospital were divided into study group and reference group according to different treatment methods, with 25 cases in each group. The reference group was given basic treatment, and the study group was given levosimendan injection on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of cTnT and NT-proBNP in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LVEF, FS and CI in the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the study group. Conclusion Levosimendan is effective in the treatment of refractory heart failure. It can reduce the levels of cTnT and NT-proBNP, improve cardiac function and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
