江西省节能环保产业发展研究

摘要
节能环保产业是江西省确立的战略性新兴产业之一。江西省2012年节能环保产业主营业务收入约1 100亿元,其中节能产业占54.6%,环保产业占3.6%,资源综合利用产业占41.8%。江西节能环保产业在产业成长、产品门类、创新能力、自主知识产权等方面奠定了很好的基础,但仍然存在规模较小、技术水平不高、制度体系不完善、统计制度不健全等不足。加快江西省节能环保产业发展的政策建议包括完善政策机制、落实财税优惠政策、加大招商引资力度、培养引进人才、引导市场消费等。
Energy conservation and environment protection industry is one of the strategic emerging industries declared by Jiangxi government. The main business income of energy conservation and environment protection industry of Jiangxi was about 110 billion Yuan in 2012, and the proportions of energy conservation industry, environment protection industry and comprehensive utilization of resources industry were 54.6%, 3.6% and 41.8% respectively. Although energy conservation and environment protection industry of Jiangxi has advantages in growth rate, product category, innovation ability and independent intellectual property rights, it also has disadvantages in size, technology level, regulations and statistics. The advice of speeding up energy conservation and environment protection industry includes completing policies and mechanism,implementing of the fiscal and taxation preferential policies, increasing investment promotion and capital introduction,cultivating and introducing talents, guiding the market consumption and so on.
