摘要
目前我国已发布的农业领域畜禽粪便管理系统减排项目减排量核算方法中缺失农田土壤固碳量核算方法,针对农田土壤固碳量核算方法空白问题,研究参考IPCC国家温室气体清单指南和UNFCCC的相关计算工具,提出了农田土壤固碳量核算方法,形成了一套以种养结合循环利用项目的温室气体碳减排量核算方法,并以北京大兴、湖北郧阳的4个养猪场为例,从基准线排放、项目排放、土壤固碳量3个方面,综合核算养猪场粪便循环利用项目的碳减排效益。结果表明:(1)养殖场A,B,C,D的粪便循环利用项目的土壤固碳量分别约占项目减排量的46.84%,43.33%,53.98%,32.21%,对粪便循环利用项目减排量的贡献为30%~55%,对于循环利用项目的减排核算是必不可少的。(2)养殖场A,B,C,D的粪便循环利用项目的排放量分别占项目基准线排放量的24%,24%,25%,19%。可见,改善项目活动的处理过程工艺,能够大幅降低温室气体排放。
        At present, there is no accounting method for farmland soil carbon sequestration in accounting methods released for emission reductions of livestock manure management projects in China. Aiming at lacking of accounting method for soil carbon sequestration in farmland, and based on the IPCC guides for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories and the relevant calculation tools of UNFCCC, this study proposed accounting method for soil carbon sequestration,formed a set of greenhouse gas carbon emission reduction accounting methods for planting and breeding combined recycling projects, 4 pig farms in Daxing District of Beijing and Yunyang of Hubei province were selected for case study to evaluate carbon emission reduction benefits of pig manure recycling projects in the following 3 aspects: baseline emissions, project emissions and soil carbon sequestration. Results showed that(1) soil carbon sequestration of manure recycling projects of A, B, C and D accounts for 46.84%, 43.33%, 53.98% and 32.21% of the project reductions respectively. The contribution to the emission reduction of the manure recycling project is 30%-55%, which is essential for the emission reduction accounting of recycling projects.(2) The project emissions of the manure recycling projects of A, B, C, and D account for 24%, 24%, 25%, and 19% of the project baseline emissions, respectively. It can be seen that improving the process of the project activities could significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
