摘要
最近十多年来,以合同能源管理模式为代表的第三方能源服务对各产业节能做出了积极的推动作用。随着行业深入和迭代式发展,贯穿能源设备设施全周期、"源头式"的服务模式开始出现,第三方能源服务公司可以提供包括设计、建造、维保和运营在内的全流程全方位服务。本文以公用动力系统构成的能源站为具体对象探讨全周期能源服务方案,及其问题和展望分析。
        In the past more than 10 years, the 3 rd-party energy service which is represented by energy management contract made great contributes to the energy conservation of every industry. With the fully and iterative development of this industry, a new service type was recently started which runs through the full cycle of the energy facilities and is considered as outstanding works from the headstream. The 3 rd-party energy service company can provide all the services and cover the full and comprehensive process of the design, building, maintenance and operation. In this paper, the full-cycle energy service plan oriented to the energy stations mainly composed of energy utilities will be discussed. Its issues and prospect will be analyzed as well.
