摘要

回顾了我国煤炭行业在宏观经济周期中的发展历程,指明了进入去产能关键时期研究企业转型发展的重要意义,结合经济周期理论提出了我国煤炭企业转型发展的方向,并以淄矿集团作为典型案例进行分析,为煤炭企业转型提供了一定的经验借鉴。
        This paper reviewed the development history of China's coal industry in the macroeconomic cycle,and pointed out the significance of researching the transformation and development of enterprises in the critical period of entering de-capacity.Combined with the theory of economic cycle,the direction of the transformation and development of China's coal enterprises was proposed. Taking Shandong Energy Zibo Mining Group as a typical example,the case analysis provided a certain experience for the transformation of coal enterprises.
