摘要
验证了管电极电解加工浮动瓦片弧面群孔结构的可行性;设计了群管电极专用夹具及数控旋转台,进行了不同参数下的弧面群孔加工试验,研究了加工电压、进给速度及电解液压力对孔径及孔径极差的影响;采用优化后的参数在弧形零件上加工出了8x27阵列孔,孔径满足设计要求。
The feasibility of multiple-hole machining on camber surface is verified by ECD. The chucking appliance for multiple cathodes and numerical control rotary fixture for the camber workpiece are designed,the experiments are made with the different parameters to determine the influence of the processing parameters on machining quality. And then with optimized parameters,array holes of 8x27 are produced on the camber workpiece. Measurement results show that all the hole diameters meet the requirements.
