基于PLC的全自动加药系统的设计

摘要
为了解决我国污泥处理技术上的不足,文章设计了一个基于PLC的自动加药系统。详细地介绍了自动加药系统的自动化控制原理和方案。利用SIEMENS的PLC为控制中心,使整个加药系统实现了全自动化运行,简化了污泥处理过程,节省了人力,降低了成本,污泥处理效果突出,因此该自动加药系统较好的解决我国污泥处理这一领域的问题。
In order to solve the shortcomings of sludge treatment technology in our country, this paper designs a sludge treatment system based on PLC, mainly introduces the automation control principle and scheme of the system. System using SIEMENS series of PLC as the control center, so that the entire system fully automated operation, simplifying the sludge treatment process, saving manpower, reducing costs, it is important to deal with outstanding results, their stability is also strong. Various advantages have proved that the automatic control system can better solve the problem of sludge processing in this area.
