摘要
伴随现代社会不断发展,社会中的矛盾日益激烈,其影响的范围也在不断扩大。以医院为例,在医患关系日益紧张的局面下,护患关系也越发紧张,不仅影响医院的形象,对护士和患者也带来了不良影响。本文将重点分析在护患关系处理中护士的心理变化和不良的情绪反应,并通过在实际分析的基础上给出今后护士在处理护患纠纷的心理应急预案,希望对护士今后在处理护患关系上有所帮助。
With developing of modern society,contradictions in the society are becoming increasingly fierce,with the influence scope expanding.To take hospital as an example,under the situation where doctor-patient relationship is increasingly strained,the nurse-patient relationship is getting more and more tense,which not only affects the image of hospital,but brings adverse effects to both nurses and patients.This paper will focus on analyzing nurse in the nurses' psychological changes and adverse emotional reactions in dealing with nurse-patient,and based on practical analysis providing mental emergency response in processing of nurse-patient disputes.And it is expected to help nurses on dealing with nurse-patient relations in the future.
