摘要

在大学生就业压力越来越大的今天,大学生职业规划无疑成为了帮助其克服就业困难,实现理想、体现自我价值的有效途径。本文对以往的大学生职业生涯规划研究进行了梳理和归纳,并对其进行了述评。
        With the rapid increase of the employment pressure of college students nowadays,the career planning has undoubtedly become an effective way to help them overcome employment difficulties,realize their ideals and reflect their own values.The researches on career planning of college students in the past were not only sorted out and summarized but also some comments were made on it in this article.
