摘要
南方城市雨季频繁,城市综合公园作为高密度人群区域,构建避雨设施可以缓解突发降雨和台风等气象对游客造成的威胁,为游客提供避雨停留的重要功能。以赣州中央公园为例,基于GIS的费用加权距离法,结合游人的行进时间成本,分析了公园避雨设施的可达性与服务情况。结果表明:(1)基于费用加权距离法来分析公园避雨设施的可达性,可以真实模拟游人的避雨过程,此方法较为真实准确;(2)赣州中央公园的避雨设施可达性有待优化,行人在0?30 s、0?60 s内能到达避雨设施的区域分别占公园可通行路面的比例为42.42%和65.43%;(3)赣州中央公园可以同时承载1894人进行避雨,占公园最大游人容量的26.12%,需进一步加强。
The rainy season is frequent in Chinese southern cities. As a high-density population area place,urban park can cope with sudden rainfall and typhoon for visitors by constructing rain-shelter facilities in its interior and provide security for visitors. Based on GIS cost-weighted distance method and the travel time cost of visitors, we can simulate the accessibility and service of rain shelter facilities in Ganzhou Central Park. The results show that: 1) Based on GIS cost-weighted distance method,we can assign to simulate the rain shelter process of visitors, which is more realistic and accurate. 2)The accessibility of rainshelter facilities in Ganzhou Central Park needs to be optimized. The areas where pedestrians can reach the rain-shelter facilities within 0-30 s and 0-60 s accounted for 42.42% and 65.43% respectively. 3) The rain-shelter facilities in the park could accommodate 1894 people, accounting for 26.12% of the park's largest tourist capacity, which needs to be further strengthened.
