HPLC法测定补肾强身片中5种化学成分的含量

摘要
目的:同时测定补肾强身片中原儿茶酸、绿原酸、金丝桃苷、特女贞苷和淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用Acclaim C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为260、325、660、224、270 nm;流速为1.0 mL·min~(-1);进样量为10μL;柱温为35℃。结果:原儿茶酸、绿原酸、金丝桃苷、特女贞苷和淫羊藿苷的线性范围分别为0.782 0～156.4μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 69)、0.543 0～108.6μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 96)、0.5155～103.1μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 64)、0.547 5～109.5μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 67)、0.512 0～102.4μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 63)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于补肾强身片的质量控制。
Objective:To Simultaneously determine the content of protocaechuic acid,chlorogenic acid,hyperoside,specnuezhenide and icariin in Bushenqingshen Pills. Methods:Column packed with Acclaim C_(18 )(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid by gradient elution and the detection wavelength was 260,325,360,224,270 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),the injection volume was 10 μL,the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results:The linear response of protocaechuic acid ranged from 0.782 0～156.4 μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 69),the linear response of chlorogenic acid ranged from 0.543 0～108.6 μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 96),the linear response of hyperoside ranged from 0.515 5～103.1 μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 94),the linear response of specnuezhenide ranged from 0.547 5～109.5 μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 67),the linear response of icariin ranged from 0.512 0～102.4 μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 63). Conclusion:The method is convenient,quick and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Bushenqiangshen Pills.
