基于规则转换的机械式排种器系列与变异变型设计

摘要
针对2B-JP-FX系列双腔复合种盘机械式精密排种器快速变型设计问题,以同类两型排种器为研究对象,利用CATIA软件平台建立排种器3D模型,在结构特征分析与参数分类基础上,结合参数化设计与知识工程模块,采用规则转化法对零件参数化建模,建立主控零件左排种盘与相关被控零件模型间参数关联,提取主控零件左排种盘外圆直径和折边倾角作为装配体主参数,基于CATIA二次开发技术,以Visual Basic为开发语言,设计人机交互平台,实现排种器系列变型与变异变型设计。模型驱动表明,该方法能有效、快速、准确实现同类多型排种器系列与变异变型设计,有效减少基础模型数量,同时也为复杂装配体高效研发提供解决方案,奠定数字化3D模型资源集合合理构建技术基础。
        Aiming at the problem of rapid variant design on 2B-JP-FX series mechanical precision seed-metering device with double cavity composite plate, a kind and two-type seed-metering device was used as an object in the study, the 3D model of the seed-metering device was built by using CATIA software.After, characteristic analysis of its structure and classification of parameters were completed, combine parametric design with module of knowledge engineering, made the parametric design on components by using conversion method of rules. The key component left seed-plate was used as master component, the function association of models between master component and controlled components can be built. And the excircle diameter and flange angle of master component left seed- plate were extracted as the main parameter of the assembly. A kind of human- computer interaction platform had been designed, and the series variant and variation variant design of seed-metering device were determined, which was based on secondary development technology of software CATIA with the development language Visual Basic. The model driving indicated that the technology effectively, rapidly and accurately enabled the series and variation variant design of a kind and two-type seed-metering deviced and reduced the number of basic model. And a rapid and feasible modernized solution for the product research can be provided, and laid the foundation for gather reasonable building of digital 3D model resource.
