《太极拳论》源起及释义发微

摘要
《太极拳论》(简称《拳论》)对太极拳的发展和推广具有十分重要的意义。文章基于文献中关于《拳论》是儒生作品的假设,借鉴《太极图说》中关于太极和无极的名家解释,尝试对《拳论》进行基于宋明理学基础上的分析。分别从五方面给出了《拳论》初步解释,给出了详细解释。研究结果表明,《拳论》参考并模仿《太极图说》进行撰写这一假设可信度极高,给出的《拳论》详解有利于太极拳的推广和传播。
"Taijiquan Theory" is of great significance for the development and promotion of Tai Chi martial arts. Based on the hypothesis that the "Taijiquan Theory" is the work of Confucian practitioners, this article uses the reference of the famous explanations of Tai Chi and Wu Chi in "Tai Chi Diagram" and tries to analyze the "Taijiquan Theory" based on the NeoConfucianism of Song and Ming Dynasties. An initial explanation from five aspects and detailed explanation, are given appropriately. The results show that there is very high credibility based on the hypothesis that "Taijiquan Theory" is written through the reference of "Tai Chi Diagram". And the detailed explanation of the "Taijiquan Theory" given in the article is conducive to the promotion and dissemination of Taijiquan.
