摘要
重装空投在民用及军事国防体系中具有重要地位,精确空投控制系统成为重装空投中必不可少的保障环节。翼伞作为空投测试系统中的关键技术之一,其伞带张力的实时测量对精确空投控制系统的设计有指导作用。针对现有的张力传感器存在的量程小、安装对伞带有破坏性等问题,设计了一种用于重装空投的旁压式大量程伞带张力传感器。利用ANSYS workbench对传感器的结构模型受力情况进行数值分析,通过分析和调整得到弹性体的应变分布情况,确保设计的传感器结构能满足大量程检测的需要;对应变片粘贴位置及位置附近结构的特殊设计进行建模,得到传感器输入-输出的特性表达式;通过传感器的测量实验,验证了所采用的有限元分析方法有效性及正确性。
Reload airdrop has an importan place in civilian and military defense system and precise airdrop control system becomes an essential security link. Because parafoil is one of the key devices in drop testing system,the real-time measurement of parachute harness is very important in the design of precise airdrop control system. Because the short measuring range exist in the existing tension sensor,and the parachute harness is easily damaged in its installation,this paper designs a BCQ tension sensor with wide range and suitable for the reload airdrop. ANSYS workbench is used to analyze the stress condition of the structure model numerically. The strain distribution of this elastomer is got through the analysis and adjustment to ensure the sensor's mechanical structure which can be used to meet the long-range measurement. Then the characteristics of the sensor input-output expression is obtained by the special design model of the structure of strain gauge. Finally the validity and correctness of the finite element analysis method are verified through the sensor measurement experiment.
