从脾之大络与脾之络的关系浅析其临床运用

摘要
脾之大络,名曰大包。从大包穴分出,浅出于渊腋穴下三寸处,散布于胸胁部。它的病变,实证为全身皆痛,虚证为周身骨节都松弛无力。足太阴脾之络,名曰公孙,即从公孙穴处,由足太阴经脉分出。在第一跖趾关节,后一寸(公孙)处分出后,走向足阳明经脉;另一支则沿同名经脉浅层上行直络于肠胃。十五络脉既有脾之大络,又有足太阴脾之络,本文通过分析脾之大络与脾之络的关系,分析其临床运用,为临床诊断治疗脾胃疾病及全身痛症提供思路。
Large spleen collateral,called Dabao,from the Dabao point,three inches from the bottom of Yuanye point and spreading on the chest.The excess syndrome of its lesions is the generalized aches and pains,and the deficiency syndrome is the slackness of the whole joints.Spleen meridian,called Gongsun,is separated from channel of foot greater yin at Gongsun point.It goes to channel of foot yang brightness after the separation behind one inch at the first metatarsophalangeal joint,and the other ascends to the stomach along the eponymous meridian in the superficial layer.Fifteen divergent collaterals include large spleen collateral and spleen meridian.By analyzing the relationship of large spleen collateral and spleen meridian and its clinical applications,to provide a thought for clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases and systemic pain.
