高职学生职业规划合理性影响因素的多元回归分析

摘要
为加强高职院校职业规划教育的合理性,需对高职学生职业规划指标评价体系进行深入分析,探究高职学生职业规划的重点监控指标。因而在制定高职学生职业规划评价体系5个指标的基础上,对指标进行标准化描述和量化。同时对自我认知、职业认知、就业信心、职业方向、自我规划5个因素指标进行多元回归分析。结果表明,上述5个指标对高职学生职业规划合理性的影响均达到了极显著状态,说明5个因素均有很高的重要性。通过多元回归分析,将对高职院校在考核学生制定的职业规划合理性时提供完善的指标参考,并对职业规划教育提供监控参考,以期能够进一步推进高职院校职业规划教育的科学性。
        In order to strengthen the rationality of vocational planning education in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to deeply analyze the vocational planning index evaluation system for higher vocationalstudents, and explore the key monitoring index of their vocational planning. Therefore, on the basis of formulating five indexes of vocational planning evaluation system for higher vocational students, the indexes are standardized and quantified. At the same time, the multiple regression analysis of the five factors, selfawareness,career awareness, employment confidence, career orientation and selfplanning, shows that the above five indexes have a significant impact on the rationality of vocational planning for higher vocational students, indicatingthat the five factors are of great importance. Through multiple regression analysis, it will provide a sound indexreference for vocational colleges in assessing the rationality of the career plans formulated by students, and provide the monitoring reference when providing vocational planning education, so as to further promote the scientific nature of career planning education in higher vocational colleges.
