摘要
目的:探讨I期心脏康复对冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者运动耐量及自主神经功能的影响。方法:120例患者随机分为对照组(A)、有氧运动组(B)、有氧+阻抗组(C)、有氧+脐疗组(D),8周后进行西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)、心绞痛疗效、运动耐量及自主神经功能评价。结果:B组SAQ评分治疗后明显改变(P<0.05)。B、C临床心绞痛总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。BCD组6min步行距离、代谢当量、摄氧量治疗后明显提高(P<0.05),自主神经功能明显改善。结论:I期心脏康复能提高运动耐量,改善心脏自主神经功能,使稳定性心绞痛获益。
        Objective:To explore the effect of stage I cardiac rehabilitation on exercise tolerance and autonomic nerve function in patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into control group,the aerobic exercise group(A)(B),the aerobic+impedance group(C),the aerobic+ umbilical therapy group(group D)and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)after 8 weeks,angina pectoris curative effect,exercise tolerance,and the evaluation of the autonomic nervous function.Results:the SAQ score of group B changed significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical angina was higher than group A(P< 0.05).The 6-minute walking distance,metabolic equivalent and oxygen uptake of the BCD group were significantly increased after treatment(P< 0.05),and autonomic nervous function was significantly improved.Conclusion:stage I cardiac rehabilitation can improve exercise tolerance,improve cardiac autonomic nervous function,and benefit stable angina.
