摘要
本研究以混凝沉淀+A/O为主要工艺处理水性喷漆废水,并对调试、运行情况进行了分析。工程实践结果表明,该工艺可以有效处理水性喷漆废水,只要选用合适的设计参数,该工艺能对水性喷漆废水中的CODCr、氨氮等污染物有效降解,运行效果稳定,出水各项指标均可达到现行的排放标准。
In this study, the aqueous spray paint wastewater was treated by coagulation sedimentation + A/O as the main process, and the commissioning and operation were analyzed. The engineering practice results show that the process can effectively treat water-based spray paint wastewater. The process can effectively degrade CODCr, ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants in water-based paint spray water by selecting appropriate design parameters. The operation effect is stable,and all the indicators of the effluent can reach the current emission standards.
