摘要
基于天然水文循环和自然生态系统的基本原理,结合目前我国城市发展存在的诸多问题和海绵城市建设的开展,借鉴国际经验,阐述了绿色基础设施规划实施中的7个基本原则。在此基础上,从多个尺度结合具体案例探讨了海绵城市建设中绿色基础措施与传统的灰色雨洪基础设施相结合的重要与必要性。同时展现了绿色与灰色雨洪设施的恰当结合可以将雨洪管理艺术化。
Based on the principles of natural hydrologic cycle and natural ecologic system as well as the experiences in current urban development and sponge city construction in China and abroad,this paper introduced the seven basic principles in green infrastructure planning and construction.Then,this paper enlightened the importance and necessity of the combination of green infrastructures and gray flood-preventions infrastructures from multiple aspects.Meanwhile,it showed that the proper combination of green and gray infrastructures would benefit flood-prevention mangements.
