摘要

本文分析了档案社会化服务的基本功能和基本原则,提出基本功能包括代理功能、寄存功能、监理功能、驻点功能、培训功能、咨询设计功能和档案开发利用功能;基本原则包括客户至上原则、问题导向原则、务实调研原则、有效高效原则和安全保密原则。
        This paper believes the basic fuctions of archives socialized service should include agency function,storage function,supervision function station function,training function,consulting and design function,and development and utilization function,while the basic principles would contain the customer orientation principle,problem-oriented principle,practical research principle,effectivity and high efficiency principle,and security and secrecy principle.
