生物芯片在微生物检测中的应用

摘要
近年来,生物芯片技术已成为微生物快速检测的一种重要手段,随着生命科学领域中检测分析技术的快速发展,生物芯片技术以其具有高通量、高灵敏度、高特异性的特点,在微生物检测中显现出广阔的应用前景,本文综述了微阵列芯片、微流控芯片、纳米芯片等生物芯片检测技术的研究进展,同时,对近几年生物芯片在微生物检测中应用的实例进行了分析,并对未来发展方向进行了初步展望。
        In recent years,biochip technology has become an important method for rapid detection of microorganisms. With the rapid development of detection technology in the field of life science,biochip technology has high throughput,sensitivity and specificity,showing a broad application prospect in the detection of microorganisms. This paper review that the development of microarray chip,microfluidic chip,nano chip and other biochips' detection technology. At the same time,this paper analyzes the application of biochip in detection of microorganisms recent years and discusses the future development of biochips.
