摘要
为缓解码头拥堵的问题,集卡预约得到了广泛的研究和应用。本文在考虑堆场内各箱区实际作业量以及配置场桥数量的情况下,以集卡在港口的等待成本和场桥空耗的台时成本总和最小为目标建立预约优化模型,确定各箱区在每个时段的预约份额。设计遗传算法求解模型,分析码头实际数据的运算结果,并与传统预约模式的效果进行对比,结果显示基于场桥资源配置的预约集港能够有效减少集卡在港口的等待时间,缓解码头排队拥堵的现象,同时可以提高码头资源的利用效率,为码头的集卡预约调度提供了决策依据。
