城乡绿地系统规划发展研究综述

摘要
"城乡绿地系统规划"是目前优化城乡绿地空间布局、保护城乡生态系统的常规途径。自2002年实施《城市绿地系统规划编制纲要(试行)》和《城市绿地分类标准》以来,我国城市绿地系统规划工作逐步规范与完善,各个城市的绿化建设水平显著提高。但规划后的城乡绿地系统建设是否达到规划的预期成效,抑或是它是否满足当前时代发展的需求和应对解决当前生态环境问题的需求,值得我们更加深入的思考。本文旨在对当前国内外城乡绿地系统规划进展及存在问题进行基础性研究,从城乡绿地系统规划涉及的规划理念、编制内容、技术方法、规划协调和规划管控五方面分析,面对生态文明建设寻求优化符合当前时代发展需求的城乡绿地系统规划途径,完善城乡绿地系统规划体系。
"Urban green space system planning" is the conventional way to optimize the current layout of urban and rural green space, protect rural and urban ecosystems. Since 2002, the implementation of "urban green space system planning outline(Trial)" and "urban green space classification standards", urban green space system planning gradually standardized and improved, significantly increased the level of all the city's green building.However, after construction, rural and urban green space system planning whether achieve the desired results, or it meet the current needs of The Times and solve the problem of the current ecological environment, is worth us deeply thinking. This paper aims to present progress of rural and urban green space system planning and problems of basic research, from the concept of urban green space system planning, contents, methods, planning and coordination and planning control the five aspects of analysis, faced with the construction of ecological civilization we should seek to optimize the urban and rural green space system planning ways to meet the current needs of the times, improve rural and urban green space system planning system.
