摘要

本文以练江流域为代表进行流域污染治理策略的探讨,通过对流域污染的现状、污染成因和治理过程存在的问题分析,通过创新顶层设计、引入全过程项目群管理等思路提出练江流域水环境治理策略,为相关单位决策提供参考。
        This paper discusses the pollution control strategy of the river basin represented by lianjiang river basin, and analyzes the present situation of pollution in the river basin, the causes of pollution and the problems in the process of pollution control. Through innovation of top-level design and introduction of the whole process project group management, this paper puts forward the water environmental management strategy for the river basin, which provides reference for the relevant units to make decisions.
