重32井区稠油水平井地表汽窜治理技术研究

摘要
针对风城油田重32井区齐古组浅层稠油在长期蒸吞吐过程中出现的地表汽窜问题,室内研制了两种高温堵剂,其中高温聚合物凝胶堵剂成胶前粘度低,易泵注,成胶后粘度高,耐温性能好,加入体膨颗粒以后能够有效防止未成胶堵剂在大孔道中的漏失;可解冻胶堵剂在120℃条件下,恒温两个月仍具有高分子聚合物所特有的粘弹性,测定其岩心封堵率为99.63%,经酸化处理后,其酸蚀率为22.43%。封堵前采用电位监测法对汽窜通道进行模拟,寻找汽窜通道的关键节点位置,通过对处在关键节点位置的稠油水平井汽窜通道实施有效封堵,从而达到解决地表汽窜问题
        In view of the surface of steam channeling during the long- term cyclic steam stimulation process in the shallow heavy oil of Qigu formation in Zhong32 well block of Fengcheng oil field,we have developed two kinds of high temperature plugging agent in lab,in which the high temperature polymer gel has low viscosity and easy pumping before gelling,and after gelation,it has high viscosity and good performance of temperature,after joining the swellable particles,it can effectively prevent gelling plugging agent leaking into large pores;The thaw gel plugging agent can be resistant to 120 degrees for more than two months,and the agent,and it still has a unique polymer viscoelasticity under the condition of 120 ℃,experimental evaluation illustrates that core plugging rate is up to 99. 63%,and acid etching rate is 22. 43%. It uses potential monitoring to simulate before plugging steam channeling channel,and find the key nodes of steam channeling,when the implementation of horizontal wells plugging,the effective plugging to the steam channeling channel also implemented at the same time,So the problem of surface steam channeling is resolved.
