摘要
建立了快速消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定土壤中痕量镉的分析方法,选择~(114)Cd谱线扣除~(118)Sn的光谱干扰,用~(103)Rh做内标进行检测。该法检出限为0.002 mg/kg,精密度为2.9%~4.6%,加标回收率为89.7%~106.6%,方法准确可靠、高效环保,适用于大批量土壤样品的分析。
        A method to determine concentrations of trace amounts of cadmium in soil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with rapid digestion was developed.The ~(114)Cd spectral lines were selected to eliminate line interference of ~(118)Sn,and the ~(103)Rh was used as internal standard.The detection limit was 0.002 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation were 2.9%-4.6%,and the recoveries rate were 89.7%-106.6%.The detection method was accurate,reliable,efficient and environmental friendly,which was suitable for the analysis of large batches of soil samples.
