摘要
本文所述为低铝高铁矿在拜耳法生产应用中的一种新工艺,该工艺首先对矿石进行预分选得到高铁矿和铝精矿,然后分流予以常压、加压溶出,成功分选出氧化铁含量大于75%的铁精矿。分选分流工艺克服了高铁低铝型三水铝土矿的使用瓶颈,解决了赤泥中有价元素铁未能有效回收造成资源浪费的现象,同时减少了赤泥的排放。
        A new process for the application of low-alumina high-iron ore in Bayer process is described. Firstly, the ore is pre-separated to obtain high-iron ore and aluminium concentrate, and then the iron concentrate with iron oxide content more than 75% is successfully separatedunder at atmospheric pressure and high pressure. Separation and diversion process overcomes the bottleneck in the use of high iron and low aluminium trihydrate bauxite, resolves the waste of resources caused by the failure to effectively recover the valuable iron elementin red mud, and reduces the discharge of red mud.
