摘要
针对复杂曲面线激光在机高效、精密测量难题,虑及被测表面几何、反光特性、位姿倾角等多因素影响,建立了面向复杂曲面几何信息精确提取的线激光在机测量数学模型,设计了高斯滤波与中值滤波相结合的测点去噪、基于角度弦高的数据精简等数据处理算法,有效降低了测量数据波动与冗余度。利用所开发的线激光在机测量系统,对典型弧型面进行了扫描测量实验与数据处理分析,表明所建立的测量模型与设计的数据预处理算法可满足线激光在机测量要求。
Aiming at the problem of high efficiency and precision measurement of complex curved surface by using laser,taking into account the measured surface geometry,reflective characteristics,bit angle and other factors. A mathematical model for the measurement of complex surface geometric information based on line laser on-machine measurement is established. In order to reduce the data fluctuation and redundancy effectively,a data denoising method based on Gaussian filtering and median filtering is designed. And a data reduction algorithm based on angle chord is designed. With the developed line laser on-machine measurement system,the typical arc surface scanning experiments and data processing are carried out. The results show that the established measurement model and the data preprocessing algorithm can meet the requirements of the linear laser measurement.
